Partners’ Assembly
The Partners’ Assembly, that includes all members and directional bodies, is the deliberative body of the association. It is summoned at least once a year and:

  • approves the financial and profit and loss account;
  • approves the general guidelines of the activities program and the related financial forecast document;
  • appoints the directional bodies (President, Vice Presidents, Board of Directors).

 
 
 
President
The President holds the legal representation of the Association and is responsible for all its activities. He summons and presides over the Council and is councilor by rights.

Vice Presidents
The Vice Presidents act for the President in case of impediment and, through a system of delegation, directly support the President in the achievement of the goals outlined in the strategic document approved by the Assembly.
 
 
 
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors, appointed by the Assembly, is made by President, Vice Presidents, Secretary, Treasurer and Councilors, so that all members of the association are represented. It is summoned every second month and:

  • establishes the way of carrying out the decisions made by the assembly
  • works out the strategic document to be submitted to the Assembly
  • outlines the financial and profit and loss account
  • deliberates on the admission of new Members

Executive Committee
The Executive Committee, made by President, Vice Presidents, Secretary and Treasurer, manages the ordinary activities of the Association and is summoned on average every second week.
